YOUTH

We help our youth grow as disciples of Jesus Christ

 

At TGC, we have two youth groups: Major League Youth (6th-8th) and Varsity (9th-12). Our goal in both of these programs is to help our youth build relationships with each other and with God. We are made for relationships. Nothing else in life impacts us like our relationships with one another and with our Lord Jesus.

 

We believe in real, personal, intimate relationships that last a lifetime. We believe in building community and growing disciples of Jesus. Whether you're in middle or high school, you're invited to be part of our community at TGC and get involved!

All youth grades 2 -6 are welcome to come and study God's word together. We encourage all students to attend worship with their family at our 10:15am service in the Sanctuary.

Our youth is a part of an intentional community based on learning how we can best love God and one another. Students (grades 6-12) gather, play games, meditate on a passage of Scripture, pray together, and have fun! They break up into smaller age related groups to study God's word.

Wednesday Night Bible Study

Wednesday Bible Study is the time for our high school students grades 9-12 to come together and go deeper with friendships, learn about Jesus, and discuss how to apply those learnings on a daily basis. 

Upcoming Events

Generally, all middle and high school students (6th - 12th grades) are invited to Summer Camp. We take students to Middle School camp on a separate week from High School camp. Summer Camp is a unique week filled with powerful worship, biblical teaching, awesome activities and plenty of time to bond as group.

Costa Rica Mission Trip

19 of our Youth and Leaders went on a journey with Praying Pelicans to Costa Rica with a mission of building genuine relationships as we serve alongside the local church. Our team of rising 10 graders - 12 graders supported and encouraged a Costa RIcan church through service projects, food distribution, children's ministry, discipleship and more.
