LOCAL OUTREACH

Triangle Grace Church is committed to addressing spiritual, social, and economic crises of those in need in the Triangle region of North Carolina. We have partnered with numerous local Christ-centered organizations to extend tangible support through financial, goods, and human resource provision. Our desire is to communicate the love of God in Christ in ways which meet people in the midst of crises and lead to redemptive outcomes in their lives.

Open Table Ministries

The Mission of Open Table Ministries is to end homelessness by building relationships within the local community of Durham, allowing for a holistic approach in caring for our unsheltered neighbors. Triangle Grace offers financial support, clothing donations, and human resources to support the work of Open Table Ministries.

Emmanuel Food Pantry

The mission of the Emanuel Food Pantry is to provide fresh, nutritious food to families facing food insecurity, with a particular focus on underserved communities. Triangle Grace provides significant food, financial, and volunteer resources for Emanuel Food Pantry.

Pregnancy Support Services

The Mission of Pregnancy Support Services is to offer help and hope to women considering their choices in unplanned pregnancies and to youth navigating their choices in developing healthy relationships. Triangle Grace offers financially support and human resources to support the work of Pregnancy Support Services.

Fayetteville Elementary School

The Fayetteville Elementary School provide public education for children in the city of Durham. Many families whose children attend the school are financially disadvantaged and underserved. Triangle Grace Church has fostered a unique partnership with school leaders to provide support for teachers and food and supplies for children and their families. Triangle Grace offers food and supply donations and human resources to support the work at Fayetteville Elementary School.

Housing for New Hope

Housing for New Hope enable individuals and families experiencing homelessness to take their next best step toward long-term, stable housing with an array of supportive housing and affordable housing options. Triangle Grace financially and prayerfully supports Housing for New Hope. Triangle Grace offers financially support to support the work of Housing for New Hope.

Durham Rescue Mission

The Durham Rescue Mission is Durham, NC’s largest long-term homeless shelter providing food, clothing, permanent supportive housing, vocational training, Biblical counseling, job placement, education, and accountability to broken men, women and children in Durham, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh. Triangle Grace financially and prayerfully supports Durham Rescue Mission. Triangle Grace offers financially support to support the work of Durham Rescue Mission.

CROP Walk

CROP Hunger Walks are community-based fundraising walk-events held in cities and towns across the United States, created to support the global mission of Church World Service, a faith-based organization transforming communities around the globe through just and sustainable responses to hunger, poverty, displacement and disaster. Triangle Grace participates yearly in the Durham CROP Walk offering financial contributions and human resources to support the work of CROP.

Host Duke International Students

Triangle Grace Church is partnering with  International Students, Inc. (ISI) to host Duke International students for dinners in our home this fall. ISI exists to see every international student befriended, led to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and discipled for His service — to impact every nation with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. International Student Ministry involves serving, befriending, and discipling students from many nations who study at local universities.


Supper Club for Spring 2025 - Commit to hosting 2-4 students in your home for dinner once a month for the fall semester, building friendships and cultural exchange. Click here to learn more and sign up.
